Most guests will find the views from the upper level swimming terrace the most appealing. Gazing out towards the sea, the terrace includes a large pool with swim-up bar area along with a separate hot tub. This is surrounded by the sun deck which is furnished with a gazebo, a sun deck and a large lounge area. Here you can savor nights by the fire pit or head to the bar and barbecue area.
Stepping inside from this terrace, you enter the enormous great room. Furnished in an elegant style, it features a large, leather banquette that faces out to the views. There is also a formal dining room and a bar just off the billiards area. A small home theater is also tucked into one corner, and you are just steps from the enormous gourmet kitchen. With marble countertops, stainless appliances, and direct access to the terrace, it is a fantastic space.
The rest of the property is comprised of the large and private bedrooms. They have all been designed as master suites and feature king beds, balconies with sea, garden or mountain views, and ensuite baths. They vary in their style and each features a unique name based on the style. There is a Safari suite, Luna, Sol, Palma and more. They all feature high end entertainment systems as well.

You may reschedule 25 days or more prior to your arrival date, with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $250 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and any applicable price increase for dates of stay. One (1) rescheduling per reservation is permitted. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
