Boasting three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The property provides a wealth of amenities, granting you access to the Auberge Private Residences at the Esperanza Resort. This includes renowned restaurants, a clubhouse with pool and foosball tables, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. Additionally, you can enjoy the Private Residences pools and Estrella restaurant, while certain areas and activities may entail an extra fee.
Each of the three spacious bedrooms exudes luxury with opulent furniture and decor that mirrors the overall design of the villa. Lavish linens and plush pillows adorn both King and Double beds in Villa 2601. All three rooms boast ensuite bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their private space to prepare for the day. Regarding resort access, a property map in the photo gallery reveals that the condo is situated in the "Auberge Deluxe Villas" resort area. Guests enjoy access to pool "D" and Las Estrellas restaurant directly in front. The clubhouse "C" features a gym and entertainment center with pool table, foosball, and video games. A putting green "F" and children's playground "E" are also available, along with tennis courts "A." Note that the Esperanza Resort is a distinct property, accessible only to a limited extent, including its restaurants and spa with reservations. Exclusive pools such as "R" and "J" are reserved for hotel guests, emphasizing the private and luxurious experience at Villa 2601.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
