Private and picturesque, the delightful Villa Sunset - Los Cabos easily lives up to its name, providing visitors with many sunny spots to savor the amazing views. Tucked into the prestigious Pedregal neighborhood of Los Cabos, it is easily one of the more scenic villas available, with ocean views from almost any indoor or outdoor living space.
You can test this for yourself, beginning with the charming, private drive and courtyard. Framed by tropical plants and palms, it welcomes you into the villa's focal point - the pool terrace. The infinity-edge of the pool looks out to the views, and is wrapped by a lovely tile and stone sun deck with steps that lead to the verandah or to the delightful palapa that serves as an al fresco dining area, including a full barbecue and wet bar area.
Just inside from the verandah is a lovely and stylish great room. Decorated in a casual and yet modern manner, it uses a palette relying on sand and cream accented by bursts of natural wood and salmon hues. It keeps the entire space airy and bright, but subdued and casual. It features an open floor plan that contains the large living room, appealing dining area, and full-sized kitchen. All of this is flanked by walls of glass and opens to the terrace outside. There is also a smaller lounge at this level too.
The bedrooms have been located to maximize the scenery while also ensuring privacy. The master suite is on an upper floor with a private balcony, king bed and large ensuite bath. There are two suites with dual twin beds and sea views along with private baths. Another king suite also has a bunk and private bath, and the final bedroom has a separate entrance and features a queen bed and large bath.
The Villa Sunset - Los Cabos is scenic and convenient, ideal for a family gathering, it will keep everyone happy, busy and satisfied throughout your stay.
We arrived on a Friday afternoon so the only downfall was that we were not able to get the housekeeping services since we left on Monday morning. Other than that everything was amazing and the house was beautiful! The view was spectacular
Used the house for a bachelorette party. There were 11 of us and all the girls had plenty of access to bathrooms to get ready. The space fit all of us comfortably and it was a quick can ride to get around. The views are amazing and we spent a lot of time whale watching from the pool. Yes, you can see whales swimming in the ocean from the pool. Also, the pool is heated. It was bliss.

You may reschedule 25 days or more prior to your arrival date, with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $250 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and any applicable price increase for dates of stay. One (1) rescheduling per reservation is permitted. Note: Holiday and Limited Offer reservations may not be rescheduled.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
