The name “Alba,” meaning dawn in both Italian and Spanish, symbolizes new beginnings, light, and serenity—an experience that perfectly reflects a stay at the villa. Derived from the Latin word for “white,” the name also echoes the home’s light-filled Mediterranean aesthetic and calm, harmonious ambiance. Guests of Casa Alba also enjoy access to the exclusive Fundadores Beach Club and its premium services and amenities.
Casa Alba comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with five of the six bedrooms offering breathtaking ocean views. The interiors reflect understated luxury, with no detail overlooked. A bespoke kitchen and bar designed and built in Italy are complemented by stylish European furniture and lighting, creating a distinctive atmosphere unlike most properties in the area.
Each bedroom features crisp white linens accented with earthy tones of orange and green. Three bedrooms offer king beds, one bedroom features a modern bunk-bed design with a single and double bed, one has a queen bed, and the garden room includes two queen beds. All bedrooms have newly fitted en-suite bathrooms, with select rooms also offering outdoor showers. For added comfort, every room includes a digital TV, bedside charging stations, Alexa speakers, and an in-room safe.
The open-concept living and dining area showcases sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez and is designed to encourage seamless indoor-outdoor living. While the home is equipped with zoned air conditioning, guests can open the floor-to-ceiling windows to welcome in the refreshing sea breeze. Mornings are perfect for yoga on the terrace as the sun rises over the ocean.
Casa Alba is ideal for entertaining. Guests can gather at the in-house bar with a wine fridge and ice maker while enjoying music streamed through the Sonos system. The large circular dining table seats 12 and is complemented by a gourmet kitchen equipped with premium Bosch, Miele, and Samsung appliances, along with a walk-in pantry and specialty items such as a Nespresso machine and ice-cream maker. A private chef can also be arranged upon request.
Outdoor living extends onto the expansive terrace, featuring an additional 12-seat dining table beside a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a Wolf gas grill. Guests can enjoy the heated pool, jacuzzi, shaded lounge chairs, or friendly games of ping pong and foosball. Evenings are perfect for relaxing with a glass of rosé by the firepit or enjoying a movie in the media room. The main entertaining spaces, select bedrooms, and outdoor areas are wheelchair accessible, ensuring comfort and ease for all guests.
