The back of the home is equally adorned with subtle yet cultivated inclusions. A heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, complemented by a swim-up wet bar and a thatched poolside palapa with built-in seating, offer a perfect spot for admiring distant ocean views. The spacious pool deck features a partially shaded gas grilling area and an outside dining table for 12. Multiple poolside lounge chairs, patios with seating areas off private bedrooms, and suspended hammock chairs contribute to the outdoor ambiance. A full-sized hammock gently sways in the ocean breeze between twin palms.

Upon entering the home through a massive glass door, guests are welcomed into an interior living space with a towering, beamed ceiling, dramatic windows, and an ocean-hued accent wall. A monumental stone fireplace stretches the full height of the room, complementing the living room furnishings, a large dining table for 12, and one of the home's many flatscreen televisions with Netflix. The gourmet kitchen features a curved island with counter seating, rich wood cabinetry, and professional appliances. Each of the six bedrooms includes a spa-like bath, and many boast the added comfort of a king bed. The primary bedroom offers an extremely private terrace, creating an extension of living space, while some other bedrooms feature their wet bar for morning coffee.

Additional features of the home include a second TV room with an L-shaped couch, an office with two computer desks and high-speed internet service, a home stereo system, a water purification system, a full laundry room, and a small exercise room with weights and cardio equipment. The home even provides an outside shower.
