The Villa Tranquilidad easily lives up to its name (Tranquility) with its location alone. It is part of the exclusive Puerto Los Cabos neighborhood and sits along the private beachfront offering you stunning Sea of Cortez views. A private and estate-like setting, it has been designed as a lovely oasis of peace and quiet and features an idyllic blend of indoor and outdoor spaces sure to relax and restore.
An eight-bedroom property, it would be perfect for a group holiday with discerning fellow travelers or even as a family retreat. Though it is just above the beach, it offers a large pool terrace with an infinity-edge pool capped at one end by a lovely and large hot tub with a waterfall. A large double palapa frames one edge of the pool and features a large lounge, a central pergola with a dining area, and a fully functioning bar and outdoor kitchen. Between the villa and this palapa is another terrace with a large fire pit and lounge area.
This property also boasts another rooftop terrace furnished as a second lounge and ideal for stargazing and sky watching. There is the main courtyard entrance with a pool and fountains, and it also features a remarkable fire pit accent in the center. Inside, the great room has an amazingly soothing style with wood ceilings, oversized furnishings, and décor that is so uncluttered as to qualify as austere. It works beautifully and you will appreciate the lounges and living room, the formal dining room, the interior courtyard with fountain, and the enormous kitchen. A truly gourmet space it is adjacent to a wine cellar with tasting rooms. There is also a home theater.
The eight bedrooms are beautiful and spacious. They are all king suites with large private baths. Two are in a separate casitas and all of them access the balconies or terraces.
