Villa Casa Sirenus is a tropical oasis that acts as a beachfront destination located in the prestigious gated community of Playacar. The villa has been tastefully curated and includes a total of seven suites that create a luxurious but eclectic style. Perfect for large families or groups of friends, this villa has room for up to 14 guests of all ages. It boasts eight bathrooms and draws you in from the beginning with a tropical indoor garden and waterfall.
The villa has an elegant reception area that offers a bar area and comfortable sofas. A butler is available to take care of guest’s needs and will welcome you into the space with unique cocktails and delicious lemonade. Casa Sirenus includes a gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan and provides a large number of top-quality amenities. It has indoor dining for up to 12 guests when everyone wants to enjoy a meal together.
Six of the spacious suites located at the villa are in the main villa, while the last is located on the grounds. The second level of this villa offers a living area with comfortable furniture, a large television, and satellite channels. Guests can walk through Casa Sirenus and take in a bevy of exceptional details. It incorporates natural stones, luxurious fabrics, gorgeous carpentry, and a variety of decorations.
The master bedroom in this villa has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and vanity, a television, and excellent gorgeous views. Three other bedrooms come with king beds, while two have a queen bed, and the last two offer a double bed and are ideal for children. One of the bedrooms also includes a sofa bed for the youngest guests.
Outside of the villa, guests can hang out in the jacuzzi or take a dip in the pool beside the deck area. There are also sofas for those who want to curl up under the sun with a book. A massive palapa is on the grounds with a kitchen, a bathroom, and indoor lounge and dining areas. Guests can enjoy celebrating, drinking cocktails, or watching the sun come up.
This villa comes with a full staff consisting of housekeeping, a butler, concierge, and a gourmet chef. It is in an excellent location near 5th Avenue where guests can enjoy the many cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and bars in the area. There are also tennis courts and golf courses near the villa for even more to see and do.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Reservations for Presidents Week, Easter, Semana Santa, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year have a 7 night minimum stay. Saturday to Saturday stays are preferred, please inquire for arrivals on different days.
Non holiday stays have a 3 night minimum and arrival may be any day of the week

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
