An oceanfront property, this four-bedroom villa is less than an hour from Cancun, and yet is close to some of the most popular natural and archeological sites in the entire region. Walk to town and the picturesque marina or simply opt to enjoy the amazing amenities that this villa has available.
Unique in that it is comprised of a set of four luxury suites that connect to a shared 40-foot thatch-roofed terrace, a stretch of private beach that takes you into the bay, and which includes access to a large pool. It combines the joys of a first-class hotel, with entirely private rooms and bathrooms, with a large villa. Terraces and seating areas, al fresco dining spots, and even private patios are all part of the options.
The six-bedroom suites are split between floors. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and feature large bathrooms and king beds. The second-floor suite features a king bed and sea views, and the third-floor suite is also spacious with a large bath.
Walk to town and enjoy the very best shopping in the entire region. Dine in luxury on foods prepared by your private chef, or head to town to sample some of the local cuisines. Everything a tropical holiday demand is found at the lovely Villa Casa del Agua.
**Please note that although the beach at Casa Del Agua is sandy, the entrance to the water is rocky. Guests are provided "water shoes" for water access. Many parts of the bay in front of Casa Del Agua are ideal for swimming and snorkeling, perfect for reflecting on the ocean

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
