Hacienda Corazon, Mayan Riviera. Hacienda Corazon, or “House of Hearts,” is nestled in Fatima Bay in Mexico’s stunning Puerto Aventuras. This oceanfront villa can comfortably accommodate up to 27 adult guests in its sumptuous 10 bedrooms, making it the perfect destination for family reunions, intimate weddings, corporate retreats, or other getaways.
The open-air design of this villa beckons visitors to the ocean. The Caribbean Sea is visible from the moment you step inside the front door, and the villa encourages outdoor living with alfresco dining space for all guests, a large swimming pool, and beach access. In addition, several of the luxurious upstairs suites open up to and overlook the terrace, fostering a sense of togetherness among guests. Each of the bedrooms features an elegant en-suite bathroom and other amenities with all of the appointments of a five-star hotel.
Decorated in the hacienda style, this 8,500 square foot home evokes the charm of old Mexico. During tropical afternoon rain showers, lounge in one of two living rooms equipped with a large flat-screen television and satellite access or mix a drink at the full-service bar. The interior of the home also features an enormous gourmet kitchen. Impress family and friends with your own culinary skills, or hire a chef to be on-site for a portion or the duration of your stay.
In addition to the complimentary concierge service, Hacienda Corazon provides a chef, daily maid service and a butler/host on-site. Of course, all maintenance and gardening are also taken care of for you.
The villa provides kayaks, chaise lounges, and more to enjoy the idyllic location, and Fatima Bay offers incredible snorkeling and scuba opportunities. Should you wish to explore further, you’re perfectly situated at Hacienda Corazon. Within 15 miles, find Xpu Ha Beach, Playa del Carmen, and Akumal, with their world-renowned beaches, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Or enjoy an excursion to visit the nearby ruins at Tulum and Coba.
For weddings and special events, Hacienda Corazon can be rented with Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Magica for up to 39 bedrooms.
Holiday Season, Christmas and New Year rate includes VIP all-inclusive (food, beverages, soft drinks and liquors), one round trip transportation from/to airport for a group of guests arriving/leaving at the same time. Gourmet food not included (as foie gras, caviar, etc).

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
