It is a beautiful and large property that offers mature tropical gardens and palms, buildings that use natural materials such as palapas and marble along with a lot of native wood, and three separate structures each equipped with the most luxurious amenities and design imaginable.
The buildings each have common or shared living spaces, and the benefit of our full staff. This means you can work with our chef to plan different meals daily in any of the indoor or outdoor spaces. There is a massive swimming pool and surrounding terrace. This is dotted with porticos and outdoor spaces that can allow al fresco dining, hours of socializing and lounging or time spent in the sun. Terraces appear throughout, and each is decorated with contemporary and yet welcoming furniture, including ample places for lounging.
There are seven bedrooms spread throughout the property. Two feature a private terrace and small kitchen along with an opulent ensuite bath. Another ground floor bedroom features a queen suite, outdoor lounge and shared kitchen. The second floor bedrooms include two with private terraces and a shared kitchen, though both have private ensuite baths. There are also two third floor suites with impressive ocean views from terraces and large, opulent baths.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
