Casa Bahia is a stunning and spacious oceanfront villa featuring four bedrooms and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Sierra Madre Mountains, and Marietas Islands.
This two-level residence offers ocean vistas from nearly every room. The luxurious master bedroom includes indoor and outdoor showers, a walk-in closet, fine marble flooring, and an expansive outdoor terrace with a sitting area that overlooks the ocean, perfect for enjoying the spectacular Punta Mita sunsets during your stay.
On the upper level, marble walkways connect the master bedroom with two guest bedrooms, while a fourth bedroom is located on the lower level towards the back of the residence. Each bedroom features large American-sized beds—three with kings and one with two queens—making it ideal for both friends and family.
Designed to enhance the indoor and outdoor lifestyle synonymous with Punta Mita, this villa invites you to relax in the heated infinity-edge pool or simply admire the view. Casa Bahia also features a central courtyard with a beautiful fountain and cobblestone patio. Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.

Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.

⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children under 5: No charge
Payment Requirement
