The Presidential Villa at the Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort is the epitome of luxury. Spanning 6,000 square feet, this villa features four opulent bedrooms and five lavish bathrooms. Meticulously renovated with an eye for detail and furnished with exquisite taste, it stands as the largest and most upgraded property in the resort. Nestled in a secluded corner of the property, it offers unparalleled privacy, ensconced within lush jungle foliage. The grand entry through a private courtyard, complete with a soothing water feature, sets the tone for the serene retreat that awaits. The villa boasts expansive living spaces, including three bedrooms within the main residence and a charming casita across the courtyard, making it ideal for both vacations and permanent living. Additionally, there is a versatile flex room currently used as a cozy TV and family retreat.
The main living area is a design masterpiece, with an open-concept layout, soaring two-story ceilings, and direct access to sun-drenched decks and covered outdoor living spaces. From the living room, sliding glass walls open to a private infinity-edge pool, maximizing enjoyment of the ocean views.
The chef’s kitchen, equipped with Viking appliances, seamlessly connects to the dining area and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ. Here, you can grill your fresh catch while immersed in the jungle setting and marvel at the iconic sunsets.
The Master Suite is a retreat unto itself, featuring a spacious private terrace perfect for stargazing or sipping morning coffee. The suite includes an expansive walk-in closet with custom built-ins, surpassing most vacation homes. The master bathroom is a sanctuary, featuring generous space, a remarkable outdoor shower, and additional custom details, offering a private spa-like experience.
The Presidential Villa provides ample storage with a double garage and a unique climate-controlled outdoor storage area. Recent upgrades include new windows and sliding doors throughout, an enhanced air conditioning system with additional cooling capacity, refinished natural stone flooring with elegant inlays, fresh paint, and bespoke woodwork.

The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.

Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.
Fee Structure
⇒ Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children under 5: No charge
Payment Requirement
⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.
⇒ The fee will be billed separately.
⇒ Club access cards will not be issued until payment has been received.
