Positioned on the third floor of Building 11 in the Hacienda de Mita community, the condo offers sweeping views of the ocean from its private terrace and most of the bedrooms. Guests can also take advantage of the exclusive communal pool and jacuzzi, which are reserved only for those staying in the same building.
The interior of the condo features open-plan living and dining spaces, filled with natural light and styled with elegant, traditional furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and opens out to the living area, where large sliding glass doors frame the beautiful ocean views and allow a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast or planning a dinner party on the balcony, the layout is designed for comfort and relaxation.

Bedroom 1: Bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, ocean and garden view and en-suite bathroom with shower, jacuzzi, double vanity and wc. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a queen-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, garden view and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, vanity and wc. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom with two double beds, A/C, ceiling fan, garden view and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and wc. 2 guests maximum.
Note: Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with bunk beds and a shower room that was originally intended as staff quarters where you will find the washing machine and dryer for this condo; therefore, it is best suited for accompanying staff or children.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.
Fee Structure
⇒ Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children under 5: No charge
Payment Requirement
⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.
⇒ The fee will be billed separately.
⇒ Club access cards will not be issued until payment has been received.

Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.
