Endless Summer Escape
Jazmin is a stunning penthouse apartment in Hacienda de Mita, located inside the gates of Punta Mita, Mexico. It has 3,500 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms and four bathrooms, allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. It is luxuriously furnished and perfect for family getaways and other vacations.
With breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, guests hardly want to leave the spacious balcony, which is furnished with relaxing seating and a dining table. Guests can also bring the outside into them with the sliding glass pocket doors that transform the open floorplan interior living space and bring the tropical air and sea breezes inside.
Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, with an additional bathroom for extra convenience. The master bedroom also opens onto the balcony and features ocean views. The master bath is elegantly appointed with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi soaking tub. The other two bedrooms feature relaxing garden views. All linens and towels are provided.
The living space features ample, comfortable seating, a flat-screen television with satellite access, and gorgeous high ceilings with dark wood beams. Prepare gourmet meals in the chef’s kitchen, or arrange for one of our private chefs to cook for you and your family during your stay.
Before and throughout the duration of your stay, take advantage of our exclusive concierge services to book in-room spa treatments, excursions, and more. They can also stock the pantry before your arrival or arrange rentals of anything from cars to kayaks to cribs.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.

⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge

⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.
