Villa Brisa is located in the Kupuri area of Punta Mita. This places the seven-bedroom estate in a wonderful position to enjoy sunsets every evening and amazing views at all times. Yet, this is more than an estate-like property with great views. It is part of the famed resort area, meaning there are many world-class amenities that travelers enjoy with a stay. There are two famous golf courses, and guests enjoy Premier Golf Memberships, a tennis center, modern fitness facilities, a private beach club as well as the Kupuri Beach Club, snorkeling, shopping, dining, and great spa options. There is fishing and water sports, and more. As a world class destination favored by celebrities and world travelers, it is sure to have something for everyone.
If the resort and surrounding area is slim on activities, the villa itself is most certainly not. It has an enormous pool terrace with innovative lounges placed right in the water, several hanging sun beds, and a large number of classic deck chairs. At one end of the terrace is an oversized firepit and at the opposite, a full-sized canopied sunbed. There are several other outdoor living spaces (some private and some shared) and they include a barbecue area and al fresco dining space, as well as a classic palapa.
The property also features a great room that is decorated in a blend of natural and modern pieces to create a remarkably balanced mood. The open floor plan of this immense space creates an array of spaces to lounge, watch TV or dine. Because there are floor to ceiling glass doors and partial glass walls, there is very little distinction between the indoors and outdoors.
The villa features a full household staff that includes your butler, housekeeping team and more. A multi-level property, it also has a massive, gourmet kitchen with chef’s quality features and gear. There is a game room with bar, a media room with entertainment system, and yoga studio, among other facilities. The seven bedrooms are also meant to be luxurious private retreats. There are two master suites with terraces, steam rooms, king beds and opulent baths. However the remaining rooms are all also king suites with large baths, great views, and more.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.

Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.

⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge

Payment Requirement
