This gorgeous villa includes membership access to the St. Regis golf course, as well as amenities provided by the Punta Mita resort.
During your stay, you can wander through the private sand garden and reflecting pool area that connects the two wings of the house. As you walk, your view of the Pacific will wash away all your daily worries, keeping you relaxed and at peace on your amazing vacation. The villa blends indoor and outdoor living like a true island residence, with balconies on the second floor, and a seamless patio on the first floor that hangs over the pool. You can open the doors completely so that it appears there is no break at all. Wlak from the spacious indoor living space to the cozy outdoor seating area, and sink right into the pool from there. Just a stone path away is the cabana where you have even more room to stretch out.
During your stay at Casa Koko, all your needs are cared for by a staff that includes a housekeeper, a butler, a chef, a gardener, and a pool maintenance service. You can choose to relax inside this amazing villa, take a dip in your whirlpool tub, or take advantage of the media room; or take the short walk down to the beach to sink your toes into the warm sand. Nearby you can also play golf, visit the spa, or try out the many fantastic restaurants. The villa also includes amenities like private yoga sessions. The beach in front of Casa Koko is suitable for surfing but it is recommended for guests to visit any of the 5 Punta Mita Beach clubs for safer swimming and beach conditions. The villa includes 2 golf carts and numberous bicycles. A driver will be happy to take you around to different areas within Punta Mita.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.

⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge

Payment Requirement
⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.
