Villa Aries sits alongside the 18th hole of the acclaimed Bahia Golf Course. A Jack Nicklaus Signature course, it is one of two available to guests at the villa. Because it is part of the Las Marietas neighborhood of the famous Punta Mita area of Mexico, it is also within a short distance of the private beach club, the premium Kupuri Beach Club, tennis facilities, a fitness center, snorkeling, shopping, dining, and great spa options. There is fishing and water sports, and more. As a world class destination favored by the jet set, it is a fantastic spot, but this three-bedroom, luxury condo property has such an abundance of onsite amenities and services, that it might be all that a group or family needs for an unforgettable holiday.
After all, it has amenities not typical of a condominium-style property, including an infinity edge plunge pool on an oversized balcony, a full sun deck with lounges, and multiple balcony spaces to take in the astonishing views of the golf course and the sea just beyond. Of course, it doesn’t end with the pool and outdoor living spaces (including an al fresco dining area). There is also the great room, a masterpiece of design and stylish décor that is entered through floor to ceiling glass doors and which features an open floor plan that allows the views and sea air inside and to every corner. Enjoy this from the oversized lounge and TV area, the formal dining room (which opens to another balcony with garden views), and the chef’s quality kitchen. With its high-end stainless appliances and full array of gear, it is a joy to use for making drinks, meals or snacks.
The three bedrooms are also designed with a great deal of thought and care, and each provides guests with wonderful views and a tremendous amount of space. The master suite offers a king bed, an entertainment system and an enormous private bath. There is a second king suite with private bath and the dual double suite that features garden views and ensuite bath.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.

Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.
Fee Structure
⇒ Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children under 5: No charge
Payment Requirement
⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.
⇒ The fee will be billed separately.
⇒ Club access cards will not be issued until payment has been received.
