Villa Aguamarina can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in its three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. It’s perfect for a family vacation or a trip with friends.
Aguamarina is designed so that guests can make the most of the beautiful weather and ocean breezes. There is a private pool with relaxing lounges, an outdoor kitchen space, an upstairs lanai with a hot tub, and the home itself has an open-air design. Even while relaxing indoors, there is an ocean view from almost every single room in the home.
In addition, Aguamarina is located in the Punta Fortuna development, one of the most desirable in the region. Enjoy resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including access to tennis courts, a gymnasium, preferential tee times on the golf course, the Punta Fortuna Beach Club and renowned Sufi restaurant, and more.
The home itself is beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings and art, similar to what you would expect at a five-star hotel. The style is a unique blend of old-world Mexican charm and Zen, which delivers both a relaxing and authentic feel for our guests. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with top-of-the-line flat-screen televisions, satellite TV access, and the house is wired indoors and outdoors for music. Prepare your own culinary masterpieces in the chef’s kitchen or hire one of our private chefs to do the cooking and cleaning for you.
During your stay, enjoy complimentary concierge services, daily housekeeping, a personalized orientation tour upon arrival, as well as pool and gardening services. Arrange ahead of time for additional services, such as a private chef, custom excursions, and additional rental equipment (everything from kayaks to cribs).

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.

Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.

Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.
Fee Structure
⇒ Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children under 5: No charge
Payment Requirement
⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.
⇒ The fee will be billed separately.
⇒ Club access cards will not be issued until payment has been received.
