There is a private pool with relaxing lounges, an outdoor kitchen space, an upstairs lanai with a hot tub, and the home itself has an open-air design. Even while relaxing indoors, there is an ocean view from almost every single room in the home.

To qualify, reservations must meet the following criteria:
Credits may be used toward rental cars, airport transfers, experiences, yacht charters, and other concierge services. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be applied toward the villa rental rate. Credit is applied per reservation and must be used during the associated stay. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.

⇒ Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children under 5: No charge
Payment Requirement
⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.

⇒ Club access cards will not be issued until payment has been received.
