Welcome to No Name Villa, a truly unique and magical vacation retreat overlooking the breathtaking Pacific Ocean. Surrounded by pristine beaches and lush, exotic jungle, this stunning property features two exquisite houses that blend architectural elegance with artistic flair and natural beauty, offering an unforgettable escape in a spectacular setting.
The first house offers three bedrooms: two with en-suite bathrooms, each equipped with two double beds and two single mattresses, and one bedroom featuring a double bed and two single beds. The open-plan living and dining room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. Two outdoor terraces invite guests to relax, while an outdoor hot tub and pool add to the luxury. A snack area by the pool and laundry and kitchen services round out the amenities.
The second house boasts six bedrooms, including a luxurious king-size room with an en-suite bathtub. There are four additional double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, furnished with two double beds and two single mattresses. A cozy storm room doubles as a TV lounge with a sofa bed and a full bathroom. The living and dining areas provide ample space for relaxation and gatherings, complemented by a guest bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy a sparkling pool, a unique cave-beach bar, a snack area near the beach, and a distinctive cave bathroom.
Located on the stunning Pazcuarito Beach, just 2.5 miles south of Sayulita and 3 miles north of Punta de Mita, No Name Villa enjoys an unbeatable position in a relatively undiscovered and undeveloped area. This peaceful beach is home to a small number of private vacation compounds, mostly owned by prominent Mexican families with deep roots in the region. Known locally as one of the most hipster communities in the Riviera Nayarit and Bahía de Banderas, Pazcuarito Beach offers a rare blend of tranquility and charm for those seeking an authentic getaway.

The villa is located outside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita gated community.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.
