Casa Fika is a two-story oceanview penthouse set within the exclusive Surf Residences of Punta de Mita. Blending relaxed sophistication with effortless entertaining, this coastal retreat accommodates up to 14 guests and features two private infinity pools, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and a rooftop haven designed for connection and serenity. Embraced by sweeping views of the Pacific, Casa Fika embodies barefoot luxury. The lower level includes four spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an open-concept living space framed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors, leading to the main terrace and its ocean-facing infinity pool. The name “Fika”—inspired by the Swedish ritual of pausing to enjoy life’s simple pleasures—shapes the spirit of the home. Its serene flow, artisanal touches, and custom decor—including a handcrafted surfboard by a local artisan—add a soulful authenticity to its refined design.
Upstairs, the rooftop terrace reveals a private sanctuary: a second infinity-edge pool, jacuzzi, shaded lounge areas, and a built-in grill create the perfect setting for slow, meaningful moments. The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Punta Mita Access Fee
The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita for up to 30 days.
Fee Structure
⇒ Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
⇒ Children under 5: No charge
Payment Requirement
⇒ The fee must be paid prior to arrival.

⇒ Club access cards will not be issued until payment has been received.

Punta Mita Resort Maintenance
Please note that several Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses will undergo scheduled maintenance and enhancement projects throughout 2026. These temporary closures are part of carefully planned resort improvements aimed at further elevating the guest experience.
