The V-shaped architecture ensures that every inch of the 14,452 sq. ft. space is thoughtfully utilized, with the upper floor dedicated to elegant suites and the ground floor designed for communal enjoyment.
In the right wing, you’ll discover an entertainment room featuring a TV, pool table, and foosball table. Outside, the open-air dining and lounge area is perfect for al fresco meals, while the adjacent bar and grill area is ideal for BBQs and sunset cocktails. The highlight of the property is the expansive pool and sundeck area, where you can bask in the tropical sun on plush beach chairs and sunbeds. The left wing of the villa houses a fully equipped kitchen and a grand wooden dining room, illuminated by a modern, organically shaped light fixture. Here, you can savor meals prepared by the in-house chef and then relax in the indoor lounging area, where floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views, creating a serene and immersive experience.
The upper floor features eight exquisitely designed suites, each with its own access card. These rooms blend elegant wood and local fabrics, and are equipped with high-end amenities such as Nespresso coffee machines, Dyson hair dryers, and JBL speaker/clocks. Each suite also includes a private balcony with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
