Each of the bedroom suites in the villa comes with a king bed and a single size sofa bed. The rooms also come with extras like televisions, hammocks on private terraces, personal safes, and ensuite bathrooms with showers, bathtubs, and vanities. Guests can hang out and relax in the stone tub or watch satellite television shows under the ceiling fan with blackout blinds to ensure a fantastic night’s sleep.
Located on the edge of the sea, guests can tan or relax on the beach with a cocktail in hand. The area is surrounded by coconut trees and comes with everything you need to snorkel around the coral reef or paddle out in a kayak for extra adventure. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.
It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition.
