Recently renovated by renowned architect and interior design firms in 2021, this villa exudes a sense of timeless allure.
Villa Amaite is composed of two separate buildings: the main house and the casita, providing accommodation for up to 20 guests. The main villa comfortably sleeps 12 guests across its five suites. Each suite features air conditioning, exquisite stone-fitted bathrooms, and breathtaking ocean views. The bedrooms are designed to offer a haven of relaxation, incorporating clean lines, local materials, and meticulous attention to detail. The sea-facing balconies provide an ideal setting for leisurely afternoons spent in tranquility.
The casita, designed in harmony with the main villa's style, offers three additional bedrooms and a charming sandy area adorned with swaying palm trees, perfect for hosting gatherings and special events.
The pool and terrace seamlessly merge with the white sands of the bay, inviting outdoor gatherings on the loungers or at the alfresco dining table. Indoors, the living spaces capture the allure of a beachside bungalow and elevate it to new aesthetic heights.
Villa Amaite is situated in one of the most breathtaking areas of Soliman Bay, preserving the original charm of the Riviera Maya. Located just 20 kilometers north of Tulum, it serves as an ideal base for exploring the renowned beach town while enjoying a serene and undisturbed holiday.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
