Villa Corazon Dos is a fantastic find for the solo traveler or couple eager to experience the delights that are Tulum, Mexico. This is part of the Mayan Peninsula region, and Tulum itself was once a hidden gem that is now rapidly emerging into the public eye. Home to Mayan pyramids and national historic parks dedicated to that period of time, it is also a place full of cenotes, eco parks, and an array of famous beaches. It is popular with the jet set crowd and is a great spot for exclusive shopping as well as diving in the famous Mesoamerican Reef area about one mile offshore. This two-bedroom villa sits directly along a stretch of flawless white sands and provides a spacious spot from which to enjoy a visit to the region. Gazing out over popular Soliman Bay, it puts a traveler within minutes of town, but with the beach so close by, it may be difficult to tear yourself away from the comforts and convenience of the two-story villa. It is part of a three-villa property and shares its luxurious amenities with two neighboring villas of the same size. These amenities include an utterly delightful pool area with a freeform pool and oversized lounges, all tucked behind a screen of native palms for optimal privacy. There is also a private palapa right on the beach and furnished with lounges and towels, and a community barbecue area that will ensure you savor at least one meal made of fresh, local ingredients.
The villa itself is surprisingly spacious and the ground floor features a stylish and cozy great room with a queen-size bed. With its bank of glass doors and windows, it gazes out to the private courtyard and verdant surroundings. High ceilings and natural wood trim allow this space to have an earthy feel, and there is a dining room area, a lounge, and a full kitchen with all that is needed to make meals of any kind. Upstairs is the bedroom with its king bed, large and private balcony, amazing views, and opulently appointed bath.
