The property boasts a private expanse of beachfront, offering breathtaking views of the bay from the terraces adjoined to each bedroom. Additionally, two-tiered rooftop terraces, one with a sparkling pool, provide opportunities for sunbathing during the day and stargazing at night.

The first-floor living space adopts an open-concept design, featuring a spacious kitchen, dining area, and a living room that leads to a private garden veranda with an infinity pool. This modern yet rustic haven has been meticulously crafted to evoke a sense of privacy, luxury, and a profound connection with nature, making it the perfect place to bask in Mexico's natural beauty. The open design of the kitchen, dining, and living area allows families to cherish quality time together, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the lush jungle enveloping the villa.

As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover five uniquely designed suites, each adorned with its bathroom, king-size bed, and a private terrace offering captivating ocean vistas.

Outside, a terrace off the living area becomes your oasis, complete with a pool, sunbathing spots, and direct access to a private stretch of beach.

Moving upward, the rooftop terrace unfolds, offering awe-inspiring 360° panoramas of the bay and the mangrove jungle. Whether you wish to gaze at the starry night sky or bask in the sun on comfortable chaises longues during the day, this rooftop is the place to be.

Upon entering the property, your gaze sweeps through the home, across the expansive infinity pool, until it meets the stunning turquoise waters of Soliman Bay.

To ensure that our guests feel completely cared for, Villa la Semilla provides maintenance and housekeeping services through a welcoming couple who reside in a separate home at the property's entrance. They are available around the clock to assist with any needs, and the home is cleaned daily.

Furthermore, we offer daily chef service, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner (groceries not included).

Situated just north of Tulum village, Soliman Bay is a secluded, beachfront community characterized by private villas and vacation homes, with minimal commercial development. Here, you'll find Villa la Semilla nestled between the bay and the mangrove jungle.

While the Riviera Maya is rapidly evolving, Soliman Bay remains a tranquil haven where you can savor the unspoiled landscape in an environment consciously preserved from excessive development. Soliman Bay is conveniently located a short distance (15 minutes by car) from the village of Tulum and is just 1.5 hours from Cancun Airport. Should you desire to explore the area, there's an abundance to discover. Tulum is renowned for its exceptional restaurants and vibrant nightlife, but the Riviera Maya offers a wealth of experiences, from the awe-inspiring Mayan ruins to pristine beaches, lush jungles, and chic boutiques—all within easy reach.

SPECIAL NOTE: The villa requires a Damage Insurance policy of $199 that covers up to $1500 of non intentional damages during your stay. The fee is required in addition to the displayed rate for the villa.
