Villa Tulumar was designed with ADA compliance in mind, with the first floor offering wheelchair accessibility via an entrance ramp. The entire first floor is single-level and wheelchair accessible, extending to the Palapa dining area on the beach. We provide a roll-in shower chair and raised toilet with grab bars for added convenience.

Furthermore, Villa TuluMar is entirely self-sustaining. We collect rainwater, maintain a well with a reverse osmosis desalination plant for purified drinking water, utilize a biodigester, rely on solar panels with batteries, and have an electric generator plant. Additionally, we maintain two internet service providers with cellular data backup, ensuring that you always have access to water, power, air conditioning, and internet connectivity during your stay.
