Located in a prominent position on the Zorba property, Zorba Cinco is an incredible tropical villa that offers exceptional views of the beach and a private pool by the sea. It has a variety of amenities to create an unforgettable vacation in Mexico for families or groups of friends. This villa offers a spacious living area with room for up to 16 guests with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. In addition to the private pool, guests also have access to a large community pool, a yoga space, a shared rooftop patio, and a beach location with loungers and daybeds.
The villa comes with reclaimed doors, curved walls, and high ceilings to create a romantic and luxurious feel for every guest. This home has been renovated recently and opens out into a gorgeous lanai with a private pool, a comfortable set of lounge furniture, and easy access to the sea. It comes with an expansive dining and kitchen area with lots of counter space for creating delicious meals. It also offers a selection of stools for casual socializing and dining. A formal dining table is also provided with room for 12 people.
Of the five bedroom suites, two of them are located upstairs. Each of them has a kind bed, doors that lead out to a private deck, excellent views of the ocean, and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Another bedroom is on the second floor and has views of the community pool while facing the jungle. It offers built-in bunk beds, a double bed, and a private bathroom with a shower.
The fourth bedroom is also on the second floor with similar views as the third. It has a private shower and vanity along with a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom. The last bedroom is on the main level with an ensuite bathroom, a king bed, and access to outdoor living space.
While staying at Villa Zorba Cinco, guests will be right next to one of the most gorgeous beaches around the globe. It has beautiful blue skies and powdery white sand. The community beach has palm trees to offer exceptional shade, along with kayaks, palapas, and loungers for guest use. The villa is also near many other important locations like spas, restaurants, and yoga classes. This is a sustainable and eco-friendly home that is cooled by natural breezes but has air conditioning for use during the nights.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
