Villa Zorba Uno is an exceptional two-bedroom property located in the tropical and private Zorba community. This villa sits at the front of the property with quick access to the beach so guests can enjoy constant views of the white sand and blue waters of the Caribbean sea. There are miles of sand that go on for nearly forever no matter which way you look. This villa is designed for use by up to four guests and makes a great choice for a pair of couples or a small family who want to explore Mexico and enjoy excursions on the water.
The main floor of Zorba Uno is spacious and bright with an open floor plan that encompasses the fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with comfortable furnishings, and glass doors that open right up to offer spectacular views of the sea. The doors can be opened up wide to let in sea breezes. Right outside of them, guests will find an alfresco dining area perfect for having a meal together and enjoying the natural wonders all around the villa’s grounds.
At the front of the villa, guests will find copious types of greenery mixed in with unique tropical plants that lead out to the sea. The combination of beach décor and the tropical location makes this villa stand out from other accommodations in the area. As part of the Zorba community, the villa guests can make use of all sorts of amenities. There are a yoga studio and fitness center for working out, a rooftop patio with sensational views, and a selection of loungers and daybeds down on the beach.
One bedroom is located on the main floor and comes with a queen bed for a couple or the kids. Reaching the other bedroom requires climbing the stairwell and crossing a bridge to reach a romantic master suite with a Juliette balcony, a vaulted palapa roof, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have a tropical style with neutral colors and wood accents.
Villa Zorba Uno also offers a host of staff to keep you happy throughout your vacation. Groundskeeping and housekeeping are provided daily so you can focus on nothing more than fun and relaxation. There is also a manager who will be pleased to greet new guests and make sure your stay is exactly what you are looking for. Other services are available by request, such as personal chef service, massage services, shuttle services, and childcare.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
