Tulum Dream Villa is an inspired property, full of stunning design that takes its cues from Balinese, Moroccan and Zen design and décor. To call it colorful is an understatement, and every space has been given great attention to detail. This five-bedroom masterpiece is part of the world-famous Tulum area of Mexico, and while that means guests are minutes from Mayan pyramids, cenotes, several eco parks and world-class snorkeling, they may not feel the need to set foot off the premises and into the area’s other delights. Tulum is popular with the jet set and a great spot for exclusive shopping as well as diving in the famous Mesoamerican Reef area (the second largest coral reef in the world) about one mile offshore. The area is also famous for its restaurants and other eateries, but this stunner may be all that’s need.
After all, it features an amazing rooftop plunge pool that sets you even with the jungle treetops, it has a secretive little pool area designed as a courtyard and decorated with an array of lovely murals, planted palms, and wooden decks furnished as lounges. It also has sun porches and interior spaces that seem to erase the lines between the indoors and out. A wall of glass panels gazes out to the pool courtyard and frames out the great room. It even has a kitchenette to make it an ideal spot for one or two eager for optimal downtime. There is a second-floor suite of similar design with a king bed, sitting and lounging area, but with a private rooftop terrace and pool. The other suites are king or queen suites, and the third floor has yet another master suite with king bed and private terrace.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
