Custom-built in 2018 and set atop a hill with sweeping views of Zihuatanejo Bay and the Pacific Ocean, the residence offers six private king suites and refined amenities for up to twelve guests. Designed by renowned Mexican architect Enrique Zozaya Díaz, the property harmoniously blends contemporary architecture with traditional Mexican hacienda elements and subtle Mayan influences.
A private gate and lush landscaping lead to the grand entrance, where an impressive stone staircase rises to the striking Zozaya palapa. This open-air living pavilion features a bar, ample seating, WiFi, and a Bluetooth sound system, all positioned to take in panoramic coastal vistas. Guests can enjoy an infinity lap pool, jacuzzi, and plunge pool, along with a spacious sun deck that creates a serene environment for both relaxation and gathering.
The central courtyard enhances the villa’s tranquil atmosphere with colorful bougainvillea and gentle water features. Inside, a calm and elegant living area includes a large screen TV, while the private oceanview gym provides state-of-the-art equipment in a peaceful setting. The seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces highlights the home’s thoughtful design and connection to its surroundings.
Each of the six suites offers exceptional comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a king bed, a private plunge pool, and sweeping ocean views. Additional suites feature generous layouts, private balconies or terraces, and beautifully designed bathrooms. Every detail throughout the home is curated to elevate the guest experience, creating a luxurious and unforgettable retreat where refined living meets natural beauty.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
