Kahurangi at the Fjord Chalets is a stunning, brand new villa catering for up to 8 guests in complete luxury in Queenstown.
Guests will immediately feel a sense of relaxation and indulgence from the minute they sink into the sumptuous huge sofa and just absorb the view of mountains and the lake in privacy yet only a short distance from the centre of Queenstown.
Kahurangi is a Maori word which translates to Kahu – a white feather cloak and Rangi – the sky. A perfect name for a villa that has such big sky views of the Remarkables mountain range and its gentle layer of white cloud – the cloak.
The villa is designed and furnished in a bespoke Scandinavian style with space to spread out and unwind. The kitchen is a perfect gathering spot for friends and family and the ideal space to have one of our chef’s come and cook for you in house one evening. There are four bedrooms – two are ensuite and two share a beautiful large bathroom. The spa pool is situated on a private deck – great for relaxing after a busy day exploring Queenstown.
Kahurangi is beside Braeside another four bedroom chalet so for guests wanting to travel with a larger group this side by side options is a winner!!
Please be aware that there is building work currently being undertaken nearby this villa. There is a chance that there may be some noise disturbance during normal business hours (no work is permitted outside of business hours).
