Villa Granja Balear has an impressive pool area (pool size 10m x 5m) also with amazing views to the countryside as well as several lawned areas surrounded by beautiful mature gardens. The pool is surrounded by luxurious sun loungers and the lawned areas have a chill-out sofa area to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There is also a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals 'Al Fresco'.
The property includes parking within the grounds for 10 cars.
The main house boasts a beautifully styled lounge situated on the first floor, it features a lounge area which opens out to a large terrace with lovely views to the garden and pool area. The large dining room with a table for 6 people is connected to a small TV room (with satellite) with a comfortable sitting area, located on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring a small sitting area and fireplace. There is heating, air conditioning and WiFi throughout the entire house as well as an indoor and outdoor sound system. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers.
The Guest house is set apart from the main house with an independent entrance. The guest house consists of an open plan living room with TV, air conditioning and breakfast table for 2 people and a small open plan kitchen with gas hob, kettle and fridge.
