Cana Xica is a newly built, eight-bedroom private residence set within 10 hectares of pristine land in the sought-after area of San Jose, surrounded by untouched nature and overlooking the sea. Designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings, the villa combines contemporary luxury with comfort, offering panoramic ocean views and a serene, exclusive atmosphere.
The property features a 25-meter infinity pool with sea views, a hidden jacuzzi nestled among palm trees just steps from the master bedroom, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Guests can enjoy a private gym, beach volleyball court, pétanque pitch, and two outdoor DJ entertainment areas ideal for celebrations and special gatherings. A fully equipped professional bar and an outdoor dining area for up to 40 guests, set on sand among pine trees, create a unique setting for unforgettable evenings.
Inside, bespoke furniture, refined design, and meticulous attention to detail define every space. Each bedroom suite reflects the Cana Xica philosophy of contemporary elegance in an intimate setting, featuring neutral tones, natural materials, custom-designed fabrics, and spectacular views that enhance the sense of tranquility.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
