Can Skye is an enchanting old Ibizencan finca, a traditional farmhouse, which has been lovingly restored over the years. We have carefully integrated modern amenities and infrastructure while preserving its authentic rural charm. Perched on a hill between the renowned Hippy Market Las Dalias and Cala Nova beach, the property offers awe-inspiring sea views and serves as an ideal sanctuary to disconnect from the outside world.
Surrounded by aromatic herb gardens and fruit trees, Can Skye offers a unique countryside panorama, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the tranquil ambiance of Ibiza's northern coast.
The picturesque village of St Carlos is just a 5-minute drive away, and you can easily access stunning beaches such as Cala Nova, Cala Llenya, Aguas Blancas, and Cala St Vicente within minutes by car. The international airport is only a 30-minute drive, and Ibiza town can be reached in 20-25 minutes.

The house has top-quality facilities, including air conditioning in all bedrooms and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. The main house boasts a total of 5 double bedrooms, with 3 of them featuring en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there's a family room with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two garden rooms with private terraces and sunset views are also available, both with en-suite bathrooms. Furthermore, there is an independent 2-bedroom guest house with its kitchen and bathroom, situated amidst the lush gardens.
The expansive grounds offer a delightful lawn with mesmerizing sea views, an inviting signature infinity pool, and herb gardens filled with aromatic plants and bushes. You'll find an outdoor dining area on the sea view terrace and numerous shaded relaxation spots with comfortable armchairs and hammocks for you to unwind and take in the serene surroundings.
For families with children, we have a fun-filled treehouse and plenty of safe open space to explore and play. The vast green lawn can be easily transformed into a football field, providing entertainment for both the little ones and adults alike.
Yoga enthusiasts will be delighted by the dedicated 70 m2 yoga space, where you can practice with the backdrop of stunning sunsets. We can arrange for a private yoga teacher to enhance your yoga experience during your stay. Additionally, our well-equipped gym allows you to maintain your fitness routine even while on vacation.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
