The property is designed in classic Mallorcan style and features materials as diverse as terra cotta, stone and hand hewn beams. With the look of a private estate, it sits among mature gardens and grounds where stately trees shade stone walkways and outbuildings of stone add charm at every turn. You will follow one of the stone paths to the pool area, and be instantly enchanted.
The pool is framed in stone and features an elegantly furnished sun deck, a stone patio and lawn area. Nearby is a picturesque outbuilding that houses a bar and al fresco dining spot, and a large hammock awaits. Back at the villa, a sunny patio sits just outside one of the bedrooms and a shaded terrace opens into the stylish interiors. Beneath one of the porticos outdoors is another al fresco dining spot and nearby are more formal lounging areas.
Step in through the oversized doors and you can savor the lovely décor of the living room with its fireplace and oversized sofas. Steps from there is the formal dining room and nearby is the gourmet kitchen with its top of the line appliances and casual dining niche.
The five bedrooms are divided between the ground floor and the second level. There is a king suite above with a full bath and the lower level suites include four king suites with private baths and great views.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
