Ideally positioned above the coastline, the villa is just moments from a stylish beach club and within a 20-minute walk of Port Andratx’s marina, boutiques, and renowned restaurants. The surrounding landscape of rugged hills and scenic trails makes it ideal for walking, hiking, and soaking in the natural beauty of Mallorca.
Inside, the villa features spacious, elegantly designed bedrooms spread across three levels, including a standout master suite with an en-suite bathroom, a private terrace, and direct access to the pool. A sea-view bathtub adds an extra touch of indulgence, while each bedroom offers a calm and comfortable retreat.
Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Alegria, with a saltwater pool surrounded by greenery, multiple terraces, and inviting lounge areas perfect for sunbathing or sunset drinks. Indoors, two cosy living rooms with fireplaces, terracotta floors, exposed beams, and large windows create a warm, timeless atmosphere.

Note: Please note that the villa’s elevated position involves 55 steps from the entrance gate to the front door. As a result, the property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or families with very young children.
