Located on large lot in La Zagaleta, one of Spain’s most exclusive private residences, this beautiful three-story villa looks like the mansion home of a Hollywood star with the tall white columns and stately palm trees lining the grounds. Sitting on the terrace, you can overlook the lush green grass while you ponder the mountains in the distance or the ocean visible just beyond the rise. The interior is cool and contemporary with a gray and plum color scheme that is soothing and beckons relaxation. The modern minimalistic decor pairs perfectly with the white tile floors and vaulted ceilings. You will constantly be reminded of the stunning view just outside due to the floor to ceiling windows in the main living area.

This villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The beds are arranged to best advantage, facing a large picture window, so that way you can wake each morning with a breathtaking view. The seven bathrooms are decked out in marble and include large soaking tubs. There are two pools on the property one indoors and one outdoors, there is also a jacuzzi and sauna to help you relax at the end of a day of sightseeing. The media room on the basement level is available to keep everyone entertained, and there is a fitness room overlooking the indoor pool should you need to keep up with your exercise regimen.

There is absolutely no need to worry about comfort as the entire villa is kept at an even temperature with the air conditioning. If someone in your party has mobility issues, they won’t have any problem navigating the three floors because there is an elevator that accesses all three floors. The gourmet kitchen is there if you want to cook a meal or two, but Marbella is just a short drive away which has plenty of dining options.

The property is gated and has a security system, so safety is never a concern, and the chores will be taken care of by the housekeeping staff who visit to tidy every day of the week except Sundays.
