Woodside Villa is the ideal location to enjoy a vacation right next to the ski and snowboarding scene that Park City is famous for. The villa is only a few yards from the lifts that take guests to Utah’s Olympic courses, and the property offers plenty of luxury on its own. It features a clapperboard blue exterior, an open plan interior with high ceilings, and amenities that promise style and opulence. Guests will have access to five bedrooms and six bathrooms at the villa. With 4,500 square feet of space, it accommodates up to 12 guests at once.
Each of the bedrooms at the villa is appointed with luxury details and ensures an excellent night’s sleep. Choices range from elegant king-sized beds to twin beds for younger guests. The villa offers top embellishments like stone fireplaces and wood cabinets and is decorated with subtle shades to offer a peaceful vacation spot. The bedrooms all come with a flatscreen television and an ensuite bathroom for privacy and comfort. The master suite also has a spacious lounge and a two-way fireplace.
Woodside Villa offers quick access to Park City’s skiing while being surrounded by indulgent surroundings. There is a soothing private hot tub where you can enjoy looking up at the stars, while the living areas inside are outfitted with gas fireplaces for extra warmth and comfort. The villa also includes an elegant wood table for evening fine dining experiences.
This villa is set on acres of land and can offer the perfect vacation space in Utah. It has rich beams and sleek hardwood floors that make a backdrop for fabric armchairs and leather sofas. It offers a mountain décor with modern additions like touch lighting and flat-screen televisions. The gourmet kitchen has all the conveniences for making meals and comes with a breakfast bar where guests can plan out their days.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
