Villa Second Time is located on a quiet residential street right above the city of Park City. It offers gorgeous views of the ski slopes while promising a tranquil vacation only 10 minutes from Main Street for moments when guests want to venture away from the space. This home has three stories and offers three balconies and two private decks with astounding views. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom villa is a perfect place for groups of friends or family members who want lots of privacy and space.
Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, including the master suite, which offers a king bed, a fireplace, and a balcony. It also comes with a flat-screen television and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The other bedroom on this level has a single over queen bunk bed with a private bathroom. The last two bedrooms are on the top floor and both come with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. One of the rooms is the second master suite and has extra space and a television.
At Villa Second Time, various textures, colors, and patterns mix to create a modern, sophisticated vacation home with astounding views. It opens up on a family room with a section queen sleeper sofa and two comfortable armchairs near a large television and a gas fireplace. There are glass doors that open onto a furnished deck with views of Park City Mountain. Just beyond this room is a four-person high-top table and a wet bat for hot chocolate and snacks.
The upstairs has an open area with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, and great room. All come with high ceilings, modern accents, and hardwood floors to extend mountain elegance. The great room has a large sofa and club chairs along with air and throw pillows. There’s also a fireplace and another flatscreen television.
This villa has an eight-person dining table while the kitchen offers Wolf appliances and hardwood cabinets to create the perfect space to make meals. There’s also a private balcony nearby as well as a deck with a dining area and a barbeque grill. Guests to this exquisite villa will also have access to a swimming pool and tennis courts.
Note: Daily housekeeping is provided for all reservations during the winter ski season.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
