Perfect for group gatherings, this expansive three-story abode accommodates up to 14 guests across its 7 bedrooms, all featuring stunning panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains from various outdoor decks and windows. With its timber columns, hardwood floors, and lofty ceilings, the residence exudes the timeless charm of a traditional mountain lodge.
The main level beckons with an inviting living room, where guests can unwind by the fireplace or admire the ski runs through the expansive wall of windows overlooking Deer Valley Resort. Adjacent to the fireplace, a formal dining area with seating for 10 awaits, complemented by an additional 5 elk horn stools at the breakfast bar, offering a cozy spot for enjoying morning coffee. Glass doors seamlessly connect this space to a sprawling wrap-around deck spanning the length of the home.
In the well-appointed gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wall-mounted TV inspire culinary creations when you're not indulging in Park City's renowned dining scene.

Situated in Lower Deer Valley, this home offers easy access to both Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort, allowing for seamless exploration of the area's offerings, from Nordic ski trails at White Pine Touring to sledding at Woodward Park City—both less than 20 minutes away.
Come summer, discover hiking and biking trails, golf courses, and even boating excursions on Lake Jordanelle, all within a 20-minute drive.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window.
