Domaine de l'Orme

Upon entering the Chalet Domaine de l'Orme on the ground floor, you are greeted by a warm and inviting living space. A statement chandelier captures attention, while vast windows spanning the entire wall draw your gaze outside to the breathtaking snow-covered landscape, flooding the room with light.

Decorated in russet tones with plush seating around the stone hearth of the fireplace, this area is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing with loved ones as snow falls outside. A small table in the corner invites you to enjoy after-dinner games, while ambiently lit bookshelves lining the walls add a homely touch and character to the high-ceilinged room.

Adjacent to the living area is the dining room, which seats up to 14 and features a bar built into the sideboard. Here, your hosts can serve your favorite wines or cocktails to complement delicious dinners with friends and family. The kitchen offers another casual dining table for six, spacious work surfaces, and high-end appliances, providing ample room and equipment for your private chef to create a menu tailored to your tastes and requirements.

The chalet also features two charming reading rooms, with shelves likely holding hidden gems to add to your holiday reading list. These cozy nooks are perfect for snowy days or post-skiing relaxation with a good book. A foosball table, a desk with stunning views, and French doors leading to a balcony with a sublime panorama across snowy woodland to distant peaks complete the space.

Choose between the cozy TV nook on the mezzanine level or the larger TV room on the ground floor, where everyone can curl up and watch after-dinner movies together.

The spa in Domaine de l'Orme, located on the lowest floor, is a true haven to revive yourself after busy or chilly days. It features a large indoor swimming pool, hammam, massage room, relaxation area, and a stunning sunken wooden outdoor hot tub. Soaking in the outdoor hot tub, surrounded by sparkling snow and absolute privacy, you'll enjoy the crisp winter air, the trees, and the vast mountains – an idyllic scene.

The chalet's six bedrooms are beautifully finished with quality fittings, soft lighting, and tasteful, luxurious fabrics. Decorated in shades of muted forest greens and warm earthy tones, all rooms feature large windows or balconies that offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The master double bedroom occupies the top floor, complete with a large desk, plush reading nook with a sofa, walk-in dressing room, and a private balcony with sweeping views to wake up to. It also features a charming wood burner for added coziness and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath, separate shower, and his-and-hers sinks.

Four of the remaining five bedrooms are located on the spa floor, including a lovely family suite with a bunk bedroom that sleeps up to four children and an adjacent double bedroom, each with a generous shower room. The other bedrooms on this floor include one fixed double and one twin/double room, each boasting an en-suite bathroom, dressing area, desk, and ample storage space.

The final double bedroom is on the living floor, finished to the highest standards and featuring an en-suite bathroom, dressing area, and balcony access.

The chalet also includes a large ski room with boot warmers and storage for skis and outerwear, as well as three external parking spaces. 

Note: There is a small staff apartment on the lowest floor for staff use, and staff may be in residence during your stay.
