As avid skiers and mountain lovers, the owners of Chalet Nanook had a clear vision for their ideal Alpine retreat. They sought a vibrant resort within a vast ski area, close to Geneva, and with stunning views. Their search led them to fall in love with Morzine and Chalet Nanook.
Located in the Le Pied de La Plagne area, just a quick 4-minute drive from Morzine's town center, this luxurious chalet offers easy access to Morzine-Avoriaz and the expansive Portes du Soleil area. Spanning three floors and 240m², Chalet Nanook comfortably accommodates 10 guests in 5 elegantly designed en suite bedrooms.
The ground floor features a main entrance and a spacious garage with room for two vehicles, leading into a convenient boot room. Here, you'll find the first en suite bedroom and a luxurious glass-fronted sauna.
On the first floor, there are four more beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms, including the stunning master suite with its large balcony, en suite shower room, and separate freestanding bath. Guests can also enjoy a sun-drenched rear terrace, complete with a perfectly positioned hot tub—ideal for après-ski relaxation.
The entire top floor is dedicated to open-plan living, where guests can revel in breathtaking valley views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is elegantly equipped with comfortable island seating, complemented by a spacious dining table for ten. The living area is designed to maximize those spectacular mountain vistas while you unwind by the log fire.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 71 days prior to arrival, 30% of gross rental is forfeited. For cancellation between 69 and 37 days or less, 80% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 36 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
