Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- The pick up time will be confirmed at booking. Please be at the Lobby 5 minutes prior to your pick up time. Driver will be wearing khaki slacks, white polo and company sign .
- If you are making your own way to the dock, please be at partners check-in desk at least 20 minutes prior to departure. The check-in desk is located in Gali Plaza (local 39) across from the entrance to the Hotel Sandos Finisterra. Only card payments (credit or debit cards) are accepted at the parking facility.
- Bring your own towels

- Changes to the number of people:
• Up to 72 hours before your charter, the final number (guarantee) of people can be reduced. As long as it is, not less than the minimum number for the boat.
• Up to 12 hours before your charter, the number of people can be increased. Subject to availability.
- A full refund will be issued if the tour is cancelled due to port closure ordered by the Port Captain because of weather conditions

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee. If the activity or date change is requested less than 24 hours prior to the activity, the penalty fee of 25% of the full booking value will be charged.
