Start time:
September 1 to April 30 – boat departs at 5:00 pm and returns at 7:00 pm
May 1 to August 31 – boat departs at 6:00 pm and returns at 8:00 pm.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:- The pick up time will be confirmed at booking. Please be at the Lobby 5 minutes prior to your pick up time. Driver will be wearing khaki slacks, white polo and company sign .
- If you are making your own way to the dock, please be at partners check-in desk at least 20 minutes prior to departure. The check-in desk is located in Gali Plaza (local 39) across from the entrance to the Hotel Sandos Finisterra.
- Bring your own towels

- Changes to the number of people:
• Up to 72 hours before your charter, the final number (guarantee) of people can be reduced. As long as it is, not less than the minimum number for the boat.
• Up to 12 hours before your charter, the number of people can be increased. Subject to availability.
- A full refund will be issued if the tour is cancelled due to port closure ordered by the Port Captain because of weather conditions

Cancellation Policy- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee. If the activity or date change is requested less than 24 hours prior to the activity, the penalty fee of 25% of the full booking value will be charged.
