Before we begin, please take this time to check your passport's expiration date. If traveling from a non Schengen area please check for Visa requirements.
Once a villa reservation is confirmed by deposit, your personal concierge will send a welcome invitation to initiate your vacation planning at your desired convenience. A questionnaire will be sent to you to obtain details of your desires and to begin the planning process.
Your concierge will assist with your vacation planning from setting up activities and excursions, rental cars, airport transfers, restaurant suggestions and arrival logistics. We offer a complimentary reservation process for our clients. The services we offer for St. Martin are:

Isle Blue will assist with your arrival details and coordinate your arrival with pertinent parties. Our concierge service can arrange for your rental car to be delivered to the villa to await your arrival. This option removes the headache, time and stress of waiting in line at the airport to complete rental car paperwork.
Check in time is after 3 PM and check out is at 12 noon.
For your arrival, we highly recommend to all our guests to ensure the following:

Have a compatible cell phone available in case there are delays, issues with customs or other unforeseen problems.
Have your final itinerary handy with the property address and phone number. The customs form requires an address and phone number. This information will be emailed to you several days before your trip.
