For the group/shared tour, children must be 6 years or above to participate. Guests wishing to join with children younger than 6 years old must book a private tour.
For private tours, children aged 0–3 years are free of charge. When booking a private tour, please select only the number of guests aged 4 years and above, and note any children aged 0–3 years in the Additional Requests field.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Guests will be picked up at their villa/hotel. Precise pick-up time will be confirmed at a booking time.
- Bring: Comfortable clothes and shoes (sport sandals ok), bathing suit, sunglasses, towel, camera, binoculars, sun protection (biodegradable, but preferably clothes to aid with sun protection), insect repellent (eco-friendly), also water sandals, some cash.
Additional Notes: Shared group tours require a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If the minimum number is not reached, the provider reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, guests will be contacted and offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
