Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Arrival: Upon entry to the terminal building, the guests will see the sign "Skypass Caribbean" and the agent. The agent is wearing a blue uniform shirt and will hold the sign with their company name and the guest's last name. You must present yourself to our agent to receive the service and assistance you have arranged with our company. Please ensure you have the Immigration form with you, issued on board the aircraft.
- Departure: The agent will meet the guests at their curbside kiosk (1h30min prior to the departure flight time). The agent is wearing a blue uniform shirt and will be waiting for guests when they get out of their transportation. Kindly note that if you do not present yourself to our agent your booking will be recorded as ‘No Show’ once your confirmed booking time has passed and your flight has closed for check-in. On the departure day, please give a courtesy call when you are en route to the airport so the agent can quickly identify your party when you arrive. The phone number is provided at booking.
Additional Notes:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have all the correct travel documentation such as passports and visas if applicable on arrival in Turks and Caicos. All passengers must have accurately completed the required Turks and Caicos Islands Government Immigration and Customs Forms prior to disembarking the aircraft. The service provider is not responsible for the provision of these forms where they have not been issued by the flight crew on the aircraft.
The service provider will not be responsible for delays or any denied access resulting from insufficient or out-of-date documentation and/or unissued, inaccurate or incomplete Immigration and Customs Forms.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
