Arrival Instructions / What to Bring: - When guest exit the airport, they are greeted by the airport dispatcher, they are to give the dispatcher their name and the company that’s picking them up. The dispatcher then contacts the car company and instructs the driver to come down.
Additional Notes:
- Arrivals that take place or are completed between midnight and 6:00 am, will incur a supplemental cost of $25 per hour for the van $100 per hour for the SUV. Payable on site.
- Luggage Allowance: 2 piece per person for the van, 5 pieces in total for the SUV. If baggage allowance is exceeded, the extra luggage fee is applied.

Booking Policy Full payment is required at reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
