A full household staff includes your chef, butler, laundress and housekeeper, and the amenities range from the enormous pool and Jacuzzi, tennis courts, putting green, and bevy of indoor and outdoor living spaces. From the oversized gazebo that houses an al fresco dining room, bar and lounge, to the incredible bedroom suites each designed as a private retreat, you will be able to rely on this villa as your primary destination.
The expansive villa features two floors and the seven bedrooms are divided between them. There are many shared living spaces on the lower levels, including the great room that houses a stylish living room and media area along with formal dining. With high, stained wood ceilings, silken wood floors and décor that relies on sea green, saffron and sand hues to create a warm and sophisticated setting, you will feel right at home.
Designed to be the ideal group or family retreat, the bedrooms are a good mix of family-friendly layouts and personal retreats. On the lower level are four bedrooms. Three feature king beds and private baths. These three suites open to the patio and have luxury options like free-standing tubs, outdoor showers and more. The fourth is a children's room that is adjacent to one king suite. The remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor and open to private balconies. They are also king suites with large and private baths.

- Cancellation Policy: General Conditions: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 60 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Thanksgiving Conditions: For cancellations greater than 91 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 90 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note for Thanksgiving week all payment are non refundable for the following villas: Rio Chico, Lime-Acre, and Sundown. Holidays/Festive Conditions: For cancellations greater than 121 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellations within 120 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note for Festive season all payment are non refundable for the following villas: Rio Chico, Lime-Acre, Sundown, Whispering Waters, Keela Wee, Happy Hour, and Sea Grapes.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
