Five villas are located directly on the beach, while three sea view villas, including Baan Bua Sawan, are perched on the hillside, providing stunning vistas. For larger groups or special occasions, Villa Baan Bua Sawan can be rented together with the other villas within the Dhevatara Residence: Baan Benjamart, Baan Feung Fah, Baan Kularb, Baan Leelawadee, Baan Ban Buri, Baan Maliwan, and Baan Ratree. This allows for a combined total of 31 rooms, accommodating even the most expansive gatherings.
Please note that two kayaks are shared among all villas within the estate, providing an opportunity for aquatic adventures. Additionally, a shared barbecue facility is available for guests to savor outdoor culinary delights.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
