Endless Summer Escape
Welcome to Playfair Palms, a chic and modern four-bedroom retreat located in the heart of Palm Springs. This stylish home is designed for both relaxation and fun, featuring an inviting private pool and hot tub perfect for sunny days or cool desert evenings. An outdoor firepit creates a cozy gathering space where guests can unwind under the stars. With its central location, you’ll be just minutes from the vibrant dining, shopping, and attractions that make Palm Springs so iconic. More details will be added soon, but this home already promises a comfortable and memorable stay.
Inside, the thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements accommodate up to eight guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a private ¾ bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom also features a king bed along with its own private bathroom and shower. Another guest room offers a queen bed with access to a shared hallway bathroom that includes a shower and tub combination. The fourth bedroom doubles as a media room and comes equipped with a full sleeper sofa, sharing the same convenient hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Whether traveling with family or friends, everyone will enjoy ample space and comfort throughout the home.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Maximum Short-Term Rental Stay
Please note that, due to local regulations, short-term rental reservations are limited to a maximum stay of 28 consecutive nights. Requests for stays exceeding 28 nights cannot be accommodated under short-term rental regulations and may be subject to different rental terms, policies, and procedures.
